The cats are avid fans of pop culture and fill their days discussing the latest celebrity gossip, political mishaps and topical entertainment related subject matter. They also engage in plenty of mystery and intrigue, as they continually try to scheme and outmaneuver each other, most often with comical results. Meet the Cats Honey (aka Chase), an orange and white long-haired domestic, is the oldest female of the group, and loves to eat chocolate and other sweet treats. Often referred to as “Big Mama,” the Mother of the clan is not afraid to give her opinion on almost anything—whether you ask for it or not. (Later in the series, it’s discovered that Honey is actually a diabetic and so she must reluctantly give up her pension for popsicles and pastries in favor of daily insulin shots.) Trey is an all-black short-haired domestic cat who often looks at life through a cynical pair of eyes. Though he teases Honey relentlessly, he also feels a deep affection for her, and it soon becomes apparent …

My name is Oscar. I am the longest living cat with CRF. I survived with CRF for a total of 9 years. At the age of 19 years and 11mo’s I crossed the rainbow bridge. Mommy had been treating my symptoms since 2001 and I lived until Easter Sunday 2010. If you’d like to learn more stay tuned to my channel. I lived with CRF because the FDA doesn’t regulate what goes into my food, as well as my mommy thought they did. We are all victims. Please watch my other videos as my mommy spreads the word about what goes into our food. It’s the same ingredients that are killing endangered species. Please spread the word and help us force the FDA to raise the industry standards to human grade level foods, after all we have the same pain receptors as humans do yet we can’t tell you when were hurting. We cannot choose so please protect us for all the unconditional love we give you. Love, Oscar A NOTE FROM MOMMY: Looking for a food low in ash? Low in Phosphorus, and not bundled with by products, fillers and animal fat like all the prescription diets are? Check this out: PROWL by Honest Kitchen (AS FED) Protein: 32% Ash: 2.65 Phosphorus: 0.41 Dry Matter basis is very tricky when it comes to pet food. They want it to be tricky. It’s common sense that when you remove the toxins from food, that cause CRF to begin with, your cat will improve. IF it’s not too late. Sometimes you need 3 days on an IV and a blood transfusion, PLUS clean, human grade , low phosphorus foods and presto you’ll see the …
To be clear, all humans in my household are vegetarian – this is because we have a choice. It is not necessary for us to kill/eat animals for our health/survival, and so, we don’t. Regardless, honesty is pretty darn important, and because our cats have a situation significantly different than our own – necessity, for them, exists. If there are other available options, I’d like to hear them… Skye says this is the only way to keep them healthy (while doing the least damage to others). FiC – the original “Ferret in Couch” Meet the cats (aka “stars,” as they like to think of themselves) of the production! In this order (as they appear in the video): Pixie (orange male) – diabetic, missing some teeth, (makes a funny twisted diagonal ‘Elvis lip’ face), the most loving and unique cat in the world Oreo (black and white male) – named for his black outer (back and legs) and white inner (white belly) body, Oreo is constantly curious but always down for some love Miss Evie (real name Eve) – one of the “bad girls” of the house, miss Evie bends the other cats to her will, slapping them if they look at her the wrong way… she thinks herself a queen, and she really is… cute as can be Clovis (aka “Boosh”) – he is the second largest cat I have seen… with the #1 largest heart! he will “demand” love at times, not taking no for an answer… a big teddy bear who sometimes makes me hungry when he sits in his “squat-style” sitting stance because his silhouette somewhat resembles a Butterball turkey that you would buy from the grocery store Missing from this video – Kalli (not sure where she was, possibly using the litter box at the back of the house), but you meet her in several of the other “Ferret in Couch” videos. She is the smallest cat because she is the youngest (kitten). Gray with black stripes, she is very feisty! Loves to play with her best friend, ferret Batista. Recently spayed, she had a short bout with instinctual horniness cut short by a necessitated trip …
I love my PROWL. It has improved my eyes and coat in just 6 weeks! This is an excellent food for cats with CRF because it has HALF the ash, HALF the phosphorus as any prescription junk food, by product filled diet. It also has easy to digest high quality protein rather than by product, disease filled toxic protein that’s found in majority of commercial pet foods.
